Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@swisswellshop.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please reach out if you have any specific questions regarding your item. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
To ensure you get the item you want, the fastest method is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, place a new, separate order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without needing a justification. Returned items must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
