Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  1. Product Quality Issues: If your product has a manufacturing defect, quality issue, or if we sent the wrong item by mistake, you are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Customer Errors: If the product you received matches the size chart and specifications provided on our website but was ordered incorrectly (e.g., wrong size or style), the return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. We kindly ask that customers carefully review size charts and product details before placing orders.

  3. Color Variations: Please note that slight color differences may occur due to variations in monitor displays. These differences are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our customer service team at service@swisswellshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

  3. Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached—to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  4. Shipping Costs: For returns resulting from customer errors, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. For returns due to product quality issues or shipping errors, SwissWell will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

  1. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  2. Exchanges: We will process exchanges promptly and send you a tracking number once the replacement item is on its way.
